Initial Bidding Sheet

In order to participate you must leave an initial bid.  This bid is non-binding on either party and does not commit either party in anyway. Please print clearly and leave a cell number as backup.

1. To enter the round robin bidding you must leave a non-binding bid. Complete the requested information below and fax or e-mail this sheet.

2. Minimum opening bid is $500,000. Please increase bid offers in increments of $50,000, or more if you prefer.

3. Leave the phone number where you can be reached Sunday evening and if you have a cell phone or alternate number leave that as well.

4. Initial bids can be changed at any time up to 5:00pm Sunday night with simply a telephone call to David Hilton at (239) 269-5187.

5. The high bidder on the initial bidding sheet will get the first call in the round robin. The second highest bidder will get the second call, and so on.

6. This is a sale with a minimum undisclosed reserve. All bids are conditional to owner's acceptance.
