The Seville is a fourteen story building on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico on Vanderbilt Beach in Collier County Florida. Unit 201 is on the second floor overlooking the lushly landscaped area with all rooms having a direct view of the beach. 

A large private balcony provides direct access to the beach and gives the unit the feeling of a “beach house” without the necessity of using the elevator to access the common areas.

One of the many features is the large pool that is shared with the sister building. in addition, each unit has assigned parking with tennis courts and bicycle storage available to all.

With a west view over the Gulf of Mexico, the sunsets are enjoyed year round.
